I had seen my weight creeping up over the months due to an injury I had previously. I looked in the mirror and new I needed to do something about it. I was struggling with my fitness.
My biggest fear when joining Impact was that I was going to fail or old injury’s would return.I was not worried about the training.
My first session was OK and the trainers were fantastic.
In my 12 weeks with Impact I have achieved my goal.I feel great, look great and when I look in the mirror I see a new and confident man.
