Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you located?

We are located in central Luton on Hitchin road, just a 5-minute walk away from Luton train station and just a 12-minute drive from Harpenden.

How much do you charge?

If you are looking to work with a personal trainer solely based on price, we are probably not the right choice for you. However, if you want to work with a personal trainer who will help you achieve quick results, within a safe and private facility, please book a free consultation.

Is there a minimum contract?

Yes, there is a minimum 3-month contract. Achieving results is not an overnight process, it takes time. The 3-month minimum is to ensure that you make progress towards your goals and learn about exercise and nutrition before you stop working with us.

Do you have parking?

Yes, we have parking on site located at the rear of the gym.

Can I use the gym when I’m not with my personal trainer?

Unfortunately not. This is to ensure that our facility doesn’t become over crowded and that your personal training sessions remain efficient and private.

Do I need to be fit before starting?

Absolutely not. We work with all levels of fitness. From an absolute beginner who hasn’t stepped foot inside of a gym in their life to an elite professional.

I have an existing injury; can you still help me?

Absolutely, we have worked with and helped many clients with pre-existing injuries. We also work closely with a local osteopathy clinic to help with diagnosis and ongoing exercise when needed.
