I had got to a point in my life where I was extremely unhappy about my weight, appearance and fitness. I found it was starting to effect my day to day life. I couldn’t keep up with my young daughter and found trying to find clothes depressing, I’d had enough!

I knew just going to a gym by myself was not going to be beneficial as I needed someone to push me to achieve my goals. Searching online I found Impact Personal Training. I was unsure to start with because I didn’t feel comfortable in my own skin or even if it was for me. But I enquired and from the start, the customer service was excellent and calmed some of my fears. I made an appointment to meet with a trainer and for the first time I felt like I could actually make a difference.

On my first session I was nervous and unsure of what to expect but immediately upon meeting my trainer, Justin I felt at ease as he seemed to understand exactly what I needed. It wasn’t just a fitness plan it was a whole lifestyle change that he had laid out for me. I was dubious whether I would be able to stick to the meal plans to start with but Justin was on hand any time I had a question or was unsure of something, not just at my training sessions but at any time.

I soon found it becoming easier especially when the results started showing almost straight away. Not only was I losing weight and toning up from my physical sessions I found I slept better, had much more energy and a new enthusiasm for every day life.

In total I lost 5 stone. I could not thank Impact and all their staff more for the constant help and motivation provided to me and would urge anyone that felt the way I did to certainly take the first step with them
