First of all you changed my body, second of all you changed myself. When I came for my first transformation camp I wasn’t sure if this was for me ( I don’t like when people are telling to me what I have to do) but before the first session ended I truly loved it.

I first heard about Impact when I saw a friend of mine post up some of her transformation pictures on Facebook and was amazed to see how far she had come and confident she was in posting them up.
