SamPersonal Trainer Manager
I have always had a passion for fitness being part of every sports team at school, a county runner and athlete of the year on numerous occasions. At 14 I decided I wanted to be a PE Teacher, mainly due to my huge crush on my PE teacher… well anyway… I did this by age 24 after 4 years studying Sport and Exercise Science along with my Teaching PGCE.
Whilst studying coaching I undertook my exercise to music level 1 and 2 qualifying me to teach classes including body combat and pump; here I found my love for fitness and exercise along with the gym. I worked at a school in Hemel and moved from Head of House to Head of Duke of Edinburgh award and finally Head of PE and second in facility after 5 years of teaching. In this time I gained level 1 in every sport I taught along with my personal trainer level 3 with premier global.
During my teaching my passion was always athletics and fitness and I finally took the jump and pursued my fitness career. I started working for Rich at RG Fitness and have been with Impact since day 1. In the last three years I have produced some fantastic transformations in fat loss and excellent results in my running clients.
I love my job and every client I work with I build close friendships as well as get them excellent results. I am always available to my clients over the phone and they have full trust and faith in me.
