Fitness to me is not just about what you look like, it’s not just about how far you can run or how much weight you can lift. There is so much more to it than that, and that is why I became a Personal Trainer.

People look at fitness as something you have to do to prepare for a competition, a race or a certain sport. When truthfully, it is about that but it is also about health, wellbeing and learning to find confidence in yourself. I am a firm believer that you can do anything if you put your mind to it, no matter how big or small your goal may be. It is ‘personal’ to you, the training, the results, the transformation, the positive attitude, the lifestyle change. Of course everyone wants to look their best, but personal training is about the whole package.

Why do I do what I do & do I enjoy what I do? I love what I do, helping people reach their goals, finding endless benefits along the way and the sense of achievement they feel once they reach something they thought was possible.
