“For someone who has never ever stepped foot in a gym before. First time for everything right? Stepping foot into a gym has been very daunting for me, but everyone has been very welcoming. Only a few months ago I decided to make this huge decision, of joining the gym to help me achieve my goal, this definitely was out of my comfort zone. “LIFE CHANGING is the way I’d describe my impact journey so far. It’s been almost 3 months since I joined the impact community and I’ve seen a positive shift in my mindset as well feeling physically stronger.

I am feeling healthier than ever and am much more focused on work tasks which is a motivating factor in itself.

My PT Kieran is incredible. He regularly follows up on how my week is going and ensures i continue to stay on track towards my goals. The meals plans are great as they ensure my snacking habits are reduced.

“Whatever your fitness goals, Impact ensures they provide the right service tailored to you in order for you to achieve! Your personal trainer is there for you, advising, caring, supporting, educating, motivating, and empowering you to be the best version of yourself. I have been incredibly impressed with the level of service and duty of care provided not just towards me, but with all members. Fitness is not always the easiest of things to implement into your lifestyle, but the staff at impact make exercising enjoyable, fun, and something that you don’t see as a chore. I’ve done things which I thought I would never be able to do, lift weights I never thought I would ever be able to lift! Every week I am winning in some way, no matter how big or how small that step is. Personally, I could not have done any of this without Tom, he is truly amazing, and very knowledgeable. Tom analyses my progress and data, if something isn’t working or needs adjusting, he looks for those solutions efficiently. I’ve had PT’s in the past, but never have I had a personal trainer who inspires me to do great, help achieve the great results I have so far, and teach me how to genuinely start being kind to myself again! Incredible place to make a positive ‘Impact’ in your life! Absolutely love the environment, the Impact team, and the fellow clients as well, giving a sense of community!

“I joined impact being a plus size. I would have been one of those people that would hide in the back ground since joining impact my body shape has changed.. Tom is my pt (sometimes mikey when Tom’s on holiday) who’s helped me with a lot of advice and with my training without tom i wouldn’t be where I am now. I’m alot more confident with my body shape… my only regret is why I didn’t join earlier. Thanku tom. Everyone is so friendly if I can do it anyone can.”

“Impact without doubt changes not only your physical appearance but your mindset about fitness. The team have a vast amount of knowledge who go the extra mile to help you achieve your goal. I have been with Impact for a number of years and would choose them a million times over if i had the choice with any other high street gym PT, clearly there is no comparison here at all!

Michael is my trainer who pushes you to your full potential and never lets you quit! I feel much stronger with lifting weights and throughout my journey with Impact Michael has been supportive with my lifestyle working with me to meet my targets and not just giving up half way. He is a fountain of knowledge! It’s challenging but thats what Impact are there for and you also learn as you train.

“I joined Impact in June this year after my in home workouts were getting me nowhere. Its been one of the best decisions I have ever made for my health and well being. The small group sessions are amazing, challenging and never dull. Community sessions are fun, can be absolute torture (!!) but also a great way to work out with different people and try different training methods.

This is largely all down to the trainers who are just fantastic. Each have their own style but always encourage you and ensure you push yourself in a safe manner. I’m now squatting and deadlifting heavier than I ever have done before. Conor is my pt and has been fab with nutrition. This place isn’t a gym, it’s an all round training centre to assist you become a healthier, stronger person. I 100% recommend it.”

“I joined Impact PT mid March, life had been going in the wrong direction, my activity levels and nutrition were poor and I was finding more and more issues with simple tasks . In just 2 months I lost 24 pounds, I am now mobile, building up strength and can now do many things I wasn’t able to before. My fitness levels have improved massively. My PT is Kieran is great, he has a holistic approach to fitness as many of my personal fitness, health and ‘well being’ challenges are around behaviours.
